BRIEF BIO:
Hadley “Rip” Jagger, codenamed Judomaster is a skilled martial artist, lover of cheese puffs (no really… his hands are constantly stained orange) and a new ally of the Peacemaker and the 11th Street Kids. Judomaster, while small in stature, is incredibly deadly and capable of crippling any target that gets in his way with blinding speed and precision. Judomaster will be available on September 15 (UTC) in Early Access, and then in the Event Motherbox starting September 18 (UTC).
KIT INFO:
Judomaster (DCU) is an Epic, Agile, DPS Hero who breaks down the defenses of the enemy team while delivering a punishing barrage of blows. Judomaster also holds the Team Peacemaker Synergy which boosts your Anti-Heroes such as Peacemaker, Vigilante, the Creature Commandos, or Red Hood! Two other Anti-Heroes in addition to Judomaster must be on your team for his Team Synergy to activate.
Team Peacemaker loves to inflict Armor Break and Judomaster’s Team Synergy makes their attacks even more impactful. With the Team Synergy active, every time a target is inflicted with Armor Break, two stacks of Hard Hit are also applied to a random Anti-Hero! In addition, at Rank 3 the Team Synergy packs a powerful counter-attack, punishing the first enemy who uses an Ultimate against your team!
His Ultimate, Kiai, hits a triangle of enemies in both the front and back rows (three front and one back) with a barrage of blows that inflict physical damage, Armor Break (front) and Silence (back).
STRIKE HARD, STRIKE FAST:
- Basic Ability: Rapid Strike – Targets the enemy with the most stacks of Armor Break and attacks four times. Adds Fragile at higher levels.
- Passive: Target Weak Spot – Increased Crit Rate against enemies with Armor Break. At Level 3, Crit Rate increases to 100%.
- Passive 2: Hardcore Metal Artist – Increased Physical Damage Reduction and self heal when hit with Physical Damage.
TACTICAL INFO:
- Judomaster can get guaranteed Crits against targets that are inflicted with Armor Break when his Passive, Target Weak Spot, is upgraded to Level 3. When paired with Vigilante and Peacemaker the trio shred targets with ease.
- His Badge, Convergence of Energy, gives Judomaster a Chance to duplicate a random existing Debuff on an enemy and grant additional Physical Damage Reduction.
SQUAD UP: PEACEMAKER CREW & MORE
- Judomaster works well with Physical Damage teams as well as teams consisting of Anti-Heroes due to his Team Synergy.
- He is also a solid addition to a Debuffs team due as can keep the enemy team topped off with debuffs every time he attacks between his Ultimate, Basic, and debuff duplication from his Badge.
